the martial arts, with the underlying traits of “Dedication
and Application” extending through to fellow instructors and

PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY

have always driven me in any task I have undertaken. To continue to
improve my abilities as an instructor and pass this onto my students,
no matter what type of training I participate in. To continually improve
as a person, friend, wife, daughter and mother. Life is a wonderful
journey, no matter what it throws your way, it's the way you deal
with it that counts. "Feel the fear and do it anyway". |

is no separation between training and personal life; in both, a person
should be deliberate, dedicated, thinking and feeling, disciplined,
striving for continuous improvement, being truthful, honest and real. |
